Welcome to the ConsumerInjuryLawyers.com blog — new for November 2008!  We aim to provide consumers with up-to-date information about dangerous products and consumer rights.  The blog is certainly a work in progress that will hopefully find a unique voice in the sea of blogs.  We (currently) intend to use the blog to provide consumers with updates on various drug cases, settlements and hot legal topics such as Wyeth v. Levine, which was argued before the U.S. Supreme Court yesterday.  Of course, since our backgrounds cover not just dangerous products, but also securities litigation, we occasionally may post something of interest for consumers/investors who invest in the securities markets…(after all, that seems pretty dangerous to many folks these days).  And, of course, with events since September 15 when Lehman Brothers went belly up, there certainly won’t be a lack of material on this topic.  We’ll try to keep our posts organized so that those of you who want to skip this (or focus on it) can navigate accordingly.
